2010 Registration Fees
(age as of July 31, 2010)
$30 - U5 (4 year old coed) and U6 (5 year old coed)
$40 - U8 (6/7 year old boys and girls) U10 (8/9 year old boys and girls) and U12 (10/11 year old boys and girls)
$50 - Baylakes - U14 Boys (12/ 13 year olds) U15 Girls (12/14 year olds) U16 Boys (14/15 year olds) U19 Boys (16/18 year olds) and U19 Girls (15/18 year olds)
How to determine players age/division: The cut-off date used in determining what age group each child will play in is July 31st of the registration year. Example: A child born in August 2000 would be considered a nine year old. A child born the same year, but on or before July 31,2009 would be considered a ten year old.
Playing up:If you would like your child to play up in the next age group, you must indicate this on your registration form. Children in the 4 and 5 age groups are not allowed to play up. If your child plays up, they must pay the fee for the older age group.
Playing down: A child may be considered to play down in an age group in special cases of physical disadvantage. All such requests must have professional documentation verifying the extent of the disadvantage. Please contact us at hsunited@hssoccer.org for more information.
Registration scholarships are available for families in need. All requests are confidential. Please email us at hsunited@hssoccer.org for more information.
Refunds: No refunds will be given other than in the case of an injury that is sustained prior to the start of the season. Requests for a refund require documentation from a physician.
Registration Deadline
Registration deadline is February 20th, 2010
A $10.00 late fee per family, in addition to the registration fee, will be required for all players placed on a team after the registration deadline.
Late registration deadline is March 1st, 2010
Players whose registrations are received after this date will be placed on the waiting list and added to a team only if space is available.
Divisions and Days of Play
The following age divisions play exclusively at Akzo Nobel
Coed U5 (four year olds) play Tuesdays
Coed U6 (five year olds) play Thursdays
Girls U8 (6/7 yr olds) play Tuesday and Thursday
Girls U10 (8/9 yr olds) play Tuesday and Thursday
Girls U12 (10/11 yr olds) play Tuesday and Thursday
Boys U8 (6/7 yr olds) play Monday and Wednesday
Boys U10 (8/9 yr olds) play Monday and Wednesday
Boys U12 (10/11 yr olds) play Monday and Wednesday
Game times: for all age divisions under 12, times for practices and games are 5:45 or 7:00.
The following age groups play at Akzo Nobel and other locations around the Green Bay area including: East and West Green Bay, Allouez, Ashwaubenon, DePere, Wrightstown and Pulaski
Baylakes Girls U15 (12-14 yr olds) days of play, times and locations vary**
Baylakes Girls U19 (15-18 yr olds) days of play, times and locations vary**
Baylakes Boys U14 (12/13 yr olds) days of play, times and locations vary**

** Games for Baylakes divisions do not start until after the school sports season is over
Season Dates
Practices start- May 10th- 13th
Last day of season for players under 12 - Saturday July 24th
Last days of season for Baylakes players- Saturday July 31st and Sunday August 1st
Uniforms/Equipment
Uniform shirts are provided. Players must furnish their own footwear, shin guards, bottoms and ball. Once you are registered you will receive detailed information.
Volunteers Needed
COACHES
Every year we run short on coaching volunteers-please consider coaching your child's team. Soccer experience is NOT necessary. We provide training to coaches at all experience levels.
If you are interested in coaching, please complete the coaches volunteer application form -link-
If a team is without a coach, we will contact parents of that team asking for volunteers.
BOARD MEMBERS

OTHER
