Team Sponsorship- In order to continue the success of the program in our community, sponsors are needed. Each $150.00 donation will sponsor one team and your business name/logo will proudly be displayed on that team's shirts. Your sponsorship will help to keep cost down for players allowing for maximum participation in soccer. TEAM SPONSOR FORM

Field Sponsorship- For $400.00 for a 2 year sponsorship, you or your company can sponsor one of our fields. Field sponsorship includes your name/logo on a sign by the field you are sponsoring. FIELD SPONSOR FORM
